The SBT is a purpose-built, diesel-powered shuttle vehicle designed to transform the way precast concrete manufacturers and heavy industry facilities move loads around their yards. The machine reverses its load bed beneath the swap body deck and raises lifting platforms at both ends, lifting the entire load clean off the ground in just 11 seconds. One operator. No trailer. No second crew member. The previous standard of two operators and 15 minutes per load cycle is now a single-person, 2-minute operation, enabling facilities to run 50 to 70 load cycles per day with complete confidence.
The SBT’s dual lifting platforms are positioned at both ends of the load bed.
The SBT’s cab is mounted at 90° and positioned off-centre on the machine.
The front and rear lifting platforms can be raised and lowered independently of each other.
The front platform is fitted with precision guides engineered to suit standard ISO corner castings.
