The CSS is a free-standing, electric-powered container loading platform with a maximum capacity of 30,000 kg. A full load is assembled on the Hardox 500 steel sheet outside the container. The dual-directional motor-driven mechanism then guides the entire load smoothly into the container without a forklift ever entering it. A hydraulic rear barrier gate holds the load in place while the steel sheet retracts cleanly from underneath, leaving your goods perfectly loaded, undamaged, and ready to ship.
